As usual, first, go to the Events menu and select Phantom Flow to indicate its location on the Map. It's important to note that you can teleport directly to the Event's location, even if you haven't been there yet. Just open the Map, and look for the Event's symbol, northwest of Ritou island.

Next, you first need to talk to NPC Shousen, located next to the event. He most notably reveals some interesting details on Natlan culture. Then, interact with the event symbol in the middle of the arena.

Note that to start a challenge, you first need to select a difficulty. Clearing the challenges on Normal will net you 60 Primogems. That's the most important. All the other rewards on higher difficulties are kind of mundane. If you clear the Extreme difficulty first, you'll also get the lower difficulties rewards.

Tips, rewards and Primogems

If you're having trouble clearing the stages, don't forget the various mechanics. In this first stage, Electrograna's Triumph, make sure to pick an Electrograna as often as possible for example.

Once you clear the Extreme difficulty of a stage, you'll unlock the Okuden version, a harder version with additional mechanics. Note that the rewards for clearing this difficulty really aren't worth it: it's just 4 Mystic Enhancement Ore per stage. So this difficulty is mainly just to test your skills.

Right now, only the first stage of Phantom Flow, Electrograna's Triumph, is available. A new stage will be added every day until all stages are unlocked. The event ends on August 29.

Don't forget the Genshin Impact 2.1 livestream is happening today. The game is available on PS4, PS5, PC, mobile, and a Switch version is in development. Be sure to follow the official Twitter for the latest news, and stay tuned on DualShockers for analyses, leaks, and guides.
