Phil Spencer: “Good and Deep Collection” Of Backwards Compatible Games Coming; Project Gotham Not Planned
Today saw the launch of Backwards Compatibility on Xbox One, and Microsoft’s Xbox Division head honcho Phil Spencer has been talking about it on Twitter.
First of all, he promised that there’s a “good and deep” line-up of games incoming:
@dagen_paladin We have a very good and deep collection of games coming. I’ve looked at the list and I think gamers will enjoy whats to come.

To a fan asking about the possibility of getting Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Spencer did not made promises, but mentioned that Activision’s support is a good sign.
@dagen_paladin So far we’ve announce one CoD game but obviously that’s a good sign, really great to have their support.

Speaking about the newly released New Xbox One Experience, Spencer praised the work of the team, and of Xbox Director of Software Engineering Kareem Choudhry, who led the charge.
Some of you know @Kareem_Choudhry , I wanted to personally and professionally thank him for his leadership on #NXOE, awesome job.

@dagen_paladin It’s really the team. We need to create a twitter handle for the Xbox platform and service dev team so you can thank them.
