Microsoft’s Xbox Division Head Phil Spencer loves to interact with the Xbox Community, and yesterday he went on one of his usual Twitter sprees, providing some interesting information.

First of all, he talked about the shortage of Xbox One Elite controllers, promising that Microsoft is working to get more in stock, admitting that demand has exceeded planning, and advising to get one if you can find it.

He also explained that it’s not difficult for Microsoft to create special edition bundles with third party games.

Small misunderstanding aside, Spencer also revealed that to his knowledge there’s no Boxing game coming for Xbox One or even among backward compatible ones. That said, he thinks a boxing title would be a good addition to the line-up.

Following, he explained that new features aren’t planned more than two or three months in advance, unless they take longer to create.

Lastly, he promised that new backward compatible games will be announced monthly, but there isn’t a specific date for each announcement.
