Hearts of Stone, the first expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt launches today digitally across all available platforms. A physical version of the game, including collectible Gwent decks, was also schedule to be available in Gamestop stores, but has now been delayed.

A post on the CDProjektRed forums reveals that this limited edition has been pushed back 'several days'. No time frame was offered for when it may be available, although it is expected to be soon rather than later.

Dear North American gamers, as you might have heard, we prepared a special boxed edition of Hearts of Stone that was supposed to be sold in GameStop stores all over America.

However, it has come to our attention that, due to logistical problems, customers will be unable to obtain the physical edition of the game for several days after launch. We are working with GameStop to fix this situation as soon as possible and deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

If you don’t want to wait, you can still order the game in digital format and purchase your cards separately on www.redeemgwent.com.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and its first DLC pack Hearts of Stone are now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
