Pirate Power Rangers DS Game Gets New Screenshots, Shows Past Power Rangers.

As I said the first time I wrote about Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger Atsumete Henshin! 35 Sentai! that will be released in Japan by Namco Bandai on November the 17th: Power Rangers and Pirates? What’s not to love?

Of course, since it hails from Japan, this game isn’t based on the travesty by Saban, but on the original Super Sentai series, and more precisely on the latest: Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger (Pirate Squadron Gokaiger).

Since the series marks the 35th anniversary of the saga (and is the 35th series), what better way to celebrate than including all the past Super Squadrons in the game?

That’s exactly what the screenshots published today show: Using the Ranger Keys found in the game world, the player will be able to transform in rangers from the past series, adding a quite sizable collectible element to the game.

You can see the whole gallery past the cut. If you’re a Super Sentai fan those screenshots are a treat.
