If you've been wondering when you'll be able to get your hands on the PlayStation 4 version of Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier, we have some good news. Today, developer The Imaginati Studio and publisher FoxNext Games announced that the game will be hitting the Sony's popular console on November 21, 2017.

Of course, the PS4 version includes everything that the other editions do as well as a bit extra; this one will take advantage of Sony's PlayLink system, meaning that four players can join the game by either using a normal DualShock 4 or by connecting their iOS or Android device.

In addition to that, players who pre-order the game will receive access to the game's soundtrack, and five avatars for their PlayStation Network account, completely free of charge.

The game was originally announced all the way back in August when gameplay, the first trailer, and some images from the game also debuted. The story takes place one year after the film Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and, while short, it will feature branching storylines with a ton of different endings.

Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier is set to cost $19.99. The game is also expected to hit Xbox One and PC however, as of the time of this writing, a release date for those versions has not yet been announced but the aim is within 2017.
