Plants vs. Zombies: Battle For Neighborville Launches Next Month, Founder's Program Available Starting Today
Plants vs. Zombies: Battle For Neighborville is real and it's available for play today if you want to get in on the ground floor.
After previously leaking last month, Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville has today been officially revealed by Electronic Arts and Popcap.
Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is the follow-up to Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 and perhaps most surprising of all, the game is available for play today. Yes, EA has launched Battle for Neighborville in its Founder’s phase today, meaning that if you pick it up now you’ll be able to get in on the action early. This phase will include six weeks worth of exclusive activities prior to the game’s official launch next month on October 18. The Founder’s edition will also only cost $29.99 compared to the standard edition’s retail price of $39.99.

Along with now formally announcing the game, EA also unleashed the first official gameplay trailer as well. The video shows off how Battle for Neighborville will generally function while also introducing some of the new characters to play as, too. For the most part, it looks similar to the Garden Warfare entries but there are some noticeable new additions as well.
