Platinum End fans are eagerly waiting for the release of the next anime episode. Well, here's everything we know about the upcoming episode's release schedule.

Signal.MD's Platinum End anime is based on a Japanese manga series of the same name. The manga is written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata, the same creators who gave us the incredible Death Note series.

The studio announced the anime adaptation back in December 2020, and fans were thrilled to learn that the manga is getting an anime adaptation. Well, after a long wait, the first two episodes of Platinum End are finally here, and now, everyone is looking forward to the release of Episode 3.

Platinum End Episode 2 Recap

In the previous episode, we saw Nesse explaining to Mirai that he had been chosen as a "God Candidate." The angel explains that there are 13 candidates in total, and only one can become the next God. Obviously, Mirai feels overwhelmed after hearing all of this, but he thinks of it as a step to live a happy life. After that, he learns that a God Candidate has been murdered, and at the same time, a candidate named Metropolitan appears at a bank robbery scene.

When Does Platinum End Episode 3 Come Out?

When writing this post, Episode 3 of Platinum End is scheduled to release this week on Thursday, October 21st, or Friday, October 22nd, depending on your region.

Crunchyroll and Funimation are the platforms where you can watch all episodes of Platinum End. For premium subscribers, the next episode will be available on October 21st; however, free users can watch episode 3 next week on October 28th. So, it's best to take a subscription if you wish to watch the episode as soon as it is available. Fortunately, both streaming platforms offer a free trial for premium subscriptions.

Crunchyroll confirmed on its website that Episode 3 of Platinum End would release at 1 PM PDT (Pacific Timing). However, the release time may vary for different regions. Anyway, if there are no delays in the episode's release, here's when you can expect it to come out in these time zones:

  • Pacific Time: 1 PM
  • Eastern Time: 4 PM
  • British Time: 9 PM
  • European Time: 10 PM
  • Indian Time: 1:30 AM
  • Philippine Time: 4 AM
