Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number released earlier this year, to critical acclaim, but one feature was missing from the game that was promised to come out a few months after the initial release. The level editor would allow fans to create their own challenging and unique Hotline Miami levels. Not much was known about the editor when the game came out, except that it was so in-depth it would have delayed the game. So Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number was launched without the level editor, and developer Dennaton Games has been relatively silent about it since.

Today, on their blog Dennaton revealed a look at the playable characters for these custom levels. Biker and Jacket, the characters from the first game will be available, including every mask power-up for Jacket, which each grant him different abilities.

The Fans from Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number are playable as well, in both masked and unmasked versions. The fans wore masks for most of the game, so to see them unmasked is a big surprise for Hotline Miami fans.

Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number is currently available on PC, PS4, PS3 and PS Vita. It is still unknown when the level editor will launch.
