PlayStation Asia President Opens Taipei Game Show With Badass Entrance in Horizon: Zero Dawn Cosplay

Sony Interactive Entertainment Asia President Hiroyuki Oda is loved and respected by local fans. He is not your usual suit, and he definitely lends himself to funny stunts during press conferences and similar events.

Today, as is tradition, Sony Interactive Entertainment did the honors of marking the opening of Taipei Game Show, and Oda-san performed one of his usual badass entrances, dressed in full Horizon: Zero Dawn cosplay.

Oda-san certainly isn’t a first timer in this. Last year, to celebrate the impending release of Unchaerted 4: A Thief’s End, he used a rope to glide on stage dressed as Nathan Drake, while back in July he opened up PlayStation Asia’s press conference by showing everyone how you play Farpoint in perfect Starship Troopers-style.

Below you can check out his entrance today, and as a bonus, the count-down to the opening of the show, with plenty of charming Sony booth companions and PlayStation confetti.
