Today Atlus and Vanillaware released the first batch of screenshots and artwork of Odin Sphere: Leifdrasir, that will hit the Japanese shelves on January 14th, 2016, for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita.

On top of this, the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu also came with new information and a larger batch of screenshots and art.

Odin Sphere: Leifdrasir is a remake (not just a remaster) of the original Odin Sphere, released in 2007 for PS2, and will include a lot of new features, including controls with enhanced responsiveness, new maps and enemies, the removal of some of the repeatitiveness (that was a point widely criticized in the original game), fast travel, fully revamped alchemy, new animations, and a fully new battle system that comes with innovations introduced in Muramasa: The Demon Blade.

Below you can find a gallery with the screenshots and artwork. The first line is direct feed, while the rest comes from magazine scans, so keep in mind that there’s a loss of quality there.
