PlayStation Network Back Up and Running After Six Hours of Intermittent Downtime

After about six hours of intermittent downtime, with connectivity going back up for a few minutes, and then flatlining again for many users, the PlayStation Network has now resumed regular operations, as indicated by the official status page (which you can see at the bottom of the post).

That said, if you’re into the mood for some late night online gameplay, now you can get back to do some fragging.
