PlayStation Now is Adding Days Gone and More Spooky Games for October
Days Gone, MediEvil, Friday the 13th: The Game, and more are coming to the lineup in PlayStation Now for October, right in time for Halloween.
Since its launch, PlayStation Now has continually offered the chance to play a wide collection of PlayStation titles and other third-party games through streaming on PS4 and PC. To date, the subscription service has expanded to include hundreds of games from a variety of genres, and right on time for Halloween, PS Now is adding a few horror-themed games for the spookiest month of the year.
Over on the PlayStation Blog, Sony has revealed the next games coming to PS Now as part of the service’s lineup for October 2020. Specifically, Bend Studio’s Days Gone is headlining the new additions to the service for next month, while other titles will also be coming alongside it like Friday the 13th: The Game and MediEvil.
You can take a look at the new additions to PS Now for October below, which are all available starting today on the subscription service:
- Days Gone
- Friday the 13th: The Game
- Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince

Notably, Sony detailed on the PlayStation Blog post that Days Gone will be available on the service through January 5, 2021, but didn’t give an indication for the other titles if they would be available for a limited time. However, while Days Gone will only be on PS Now for a few months, it was confirmed by Sony last month that the title would be included as part of the PlayStation Plus Collection, which is coming to PS Plus members on PS5 at launch.
Alongside the new PlayStation Now titles, Sony also recently confirmed the new games that are coming to PlayStation Plus members for October, which are Vampyr and Need for Speed: Payback. With Vampyr and the new PS Now titles, that should give plenty of options for anyone that wants to play something horror-themed with Halloween right around the corner.
