Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced the line-up of games it will offer on-the-house for PlayStation Plus subscribers for the month of October.

Below, you can view the whole line-up, which is the same in both Europe and North America:

  • Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, PS4

  • Amnesia: Collection , PS4

  • Monster Jam Battlegrounds, PS3

  • Hustle Kings, PS3

  • Hue, PS Vita (Cross Buy with PS4)

  • Sky Force Anniversary, PS Vita (Cross Buy with PS4 & PS3)

The obvious big inclusion in this month's line-up is Konami's -- and Hideo Kojima's Metal Gear swan song -- Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, the ninth installment in one of the most beloved and iconic video game series of all-time. Released on September 1, 2015, Metal Gear Solid V is an action-adventure stealth game set in 1984, nine years after the events of Ground Zeroes, and a decade before the events of the original Metal Gear.

The story follows mercenary leader Punished "Venom" Snake as he journeys into Soviet-occupied Afghanistan to get revenge on the people who obliterated his forces and came close to even killing him in the aforementioned Ground Zeroes.

To date, the game is one of the highest critically-rated games this generation, ranging from a score of 91 to 95 on Metacritic, depending on which platform you're looking at.

As it has been for the last few months, party-game That's You! is also available as a free download (as well as its Companion App) for all PS Plus members. If you haven't already jumped on this promotion, this month will be your last chance, as it will end on October 23.

Meanwhile, debuting last month, a promotion for RIGS Mechanized Combat League once again leaves it as a free pick-up. The first-person arena-based shooter notably released as a PlayStation VR launch title (a platform it is exclusive to) last year from the now closed-up Guerrilla Cambridge. This promotion lasts until November 7.

Below, you can view a new trailer that highlights this month's offer. As always, feel free to let us know in the comments what you think of the line-up.
