April 29th marks the beginning of Golden Week in Japan, a series of holidays starting with the celebration of Showa Day, and continues until May 5th. For the Japanese, it's a chance to relax and travel, and for Sony Interactive Entertainment, it's a week of deals.

To be precise, it's more than a week, since it starts today and ends on May 5th at 8:00 AM Pacific Time, bringing up pretty sizable discounts on many Japanese games.

Some of the available deals are on Persona 5, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory, Gravity Rush Remastered, the Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, Monster Hunter World and its DLC, Gundam Versus, Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth and Mask of Deception, Yakuza Kiwami, God Wars: Future Past, Dark Rose Valkyrie, NieR: Automata and its DLC, and many more.
