Today Bandai Namco Entertainment announced the Japanese release date of One Piece: Grand Cruise.

For those unfamiliar, the game is a PlayStation VR-exclusive experience set in the One Piece universe, allowing the player to enjoy minigames and interact with Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Chopper, and More.  A battle against the kraken and a naval encounter against the navy are also included among the events.

The release date in Japan will be on May 24th, and the title will cost just 926 yen plus taxes.

Alongside the release date, we also get a few screenshots, that you can see below.

If you want to see more, you can check out another recent gallery of screenshots, the original announcement with more images, and the first gameplay trailer.

We already know that the title will be localized in the west, but we still don't have a release date for North America and Europe.

If you want to get ready for the game before it releases, you can purchase PlayStation VR on Amazon.
