Merging together racquetball and a vibrant neon 80's theme, HoloBall is the newest game for PlayStation VR, releasing tomorrow. The title, which is the first PlayStation and virtual reality game created by indie studio TreeFortress, grew from a tiny Pong-like techdemo into a full-fledged release spanning across multiple headsets.

The game's concept is simple -- humans are born into slavery and, when they turn 18, they have the chance to play racquetball against their AI overlords to win their freedom. As you can see from the launch trailer (below), the result is a sweat-inducing workout session.

According to a Reddit AMA ("ask me anything") conducted with the developers earlier today, HoloBall consists of four difficulty modes, 20 levels (matches), three arcade modes, and a custom game mode -- multiplayer mode will hopefully be added in the near future. Additionally, the game has PlayStation 4 Pro update making the game look crisper thanks to a 46% super sample.

As mentioned above, HoloBall will launch in North America tomorrow (November 22, 2016) on PlayStation 4, with a Europe release coming a week later (Nov. 29). Meanwhile, PC players can enjoy the game now on HTC Vive.
