Plot Twist: Keiji Inafune’s RED ASH Now Funded, Gets Both PS4 and Xbox One Ports

Keiji Inafune’s RED ASH‘s Kickstarter Campaign didn’t seem to be on the way to a happy ending, but today the Comcept announced that the game will be developed, and on top of that will get both a PS4 and an Xbox One port on top of the PC version.

Simply enough, or maybe not so simply, the Chinese digital entertainment company Fuze stepped in, and decided to fund the project. That said, Comcept will retain ownership of the IP.

So what happens to the Kickstarter campaign? Any money raised by that will go to increase the size and scope of the game with stretch goals that will be announced soon. That is, of course, if the Kickstarter campaign is successful at all.

With over $300,000 to go in four days, that’s in doubt, at the moment, but the game will be developed regardless of the outcome. If you want to support it further, you can pledge here.
