Pokemon 25th Anniversary Merch – Everything Needed to Celebrate in Style

Celebrate Pokemon's 25th Anniversary with some cool gear.

It was a great day yesterday for Pokemon fans as Diamond and Pearl remakes are on the cards when the Pokemon Company finally announced the news in their presentation video. As you may know, today is Pokemon’s 25th Anniversary marking 25 whole years since the first Pokemon titles debuted on Nintendo’s Game Boy in Japan. To celebrate the day, The Pokemon Company has teamed up with Zavvi to offer some incredible gear that’ll get the party started.

What’s included in the Pokemon 25th-anniversary merch lineup?

Well, so far at least, The Pokemon x Zavvi Pokemon collection will include an exclusive limited edition box that’s jammed packed with accessories. What you’ll find inside is a pair of black embroidered socks, a black hoodie with a very cute Pikachu on it with the words “I choose you”, a white printed cosmetics bag with lots of tiny Pikachu’s dotted over it, and a black cap with a Pokemon 25th anniversary Pikachu logo.

There’s also a Pokemon mini-collection if you don’t fancy the bigger box. Inside there are three items that include a t-shirt that comes in yellow, a white sweatshirt and also the same hoodie that’s found in the limited edition box. If these don’t float your boat, how about a pretty cool pair of yellow, black and white high-top sneakers featuring the adorable Pikachu? For more information regarding prices and shipping, head on over to the Zavvi website but be quick as I can’t see this collection staying around long.

If you don’t manage to grab yourself some Pokemon 25th-anniversary goodies, the site does have some other items that could interest you and I’m sure throughout the day, we should hear of more Pokemon treats so stay tuned.
