The pop-up Pokemon Center that went live in London, England on October 18th received some lovely photographs of the place just before its launch, courtesy of Pokemon UK's Twitter account. The photos showcase plenty of the display merchandise, including tons of plushies (Wailord being my favorite one of the bunch).

We also get a look at the store exclusive London City Pikachu wearing a bowler hat and suit, in both plushie form and as a large mascot statue:

On top of the wall plushies, the shop is selling other merchandise such as trading card game accessories and pins. The pop-up will remain open until November 15th and is located at Westfield London, Ariel Way, Shepherd’s Bush.

Recently a stylish 25th anniversary Pikachu watch was revealed, as part of a collaboration between Japanese watch brand BABY-G and The Pokemon Company, which reveals a constant: that great Pikachu merch will continue to flow from our Pokemon Company overlords.

New Gigantamax forms for several Gen One Pokemon such as Pikachu, Eevee, Charizard, Butterfree, and Meowth were revealed in a brand new trailer. In other recent news, a new form for Farfetch’d called Sirfetch’d and a new form of Ponyta was revealed. We also found out that HMs won’t appear and the games will feature autosaving. Additionally, instead of exp. share returning to the series, experience points will be distributed evenly to each Pokemon in your party.

There are two other trailers for the game as well. The first showed off Team Yell, new Pokemon forms and evolutions, a new Pokemon, and new rivals. The second showcased more gameplay, new abilities, moves, and held items.

Pokemon Sword and Shield will be released for Nintendo Switch on November 15th. Meanwhile check out a write-up from one of our DualShockers own, in which he claims this will be the series title to reignite his passion for the series. You can preorder Sword here and Shield here.
