Pokemon GO is continuing the celebration of the Alolan Islands and this time we are moving on to the third of the islands with the all-new An Ula'ula Adventure Special Research.
The islands of Alola were introduced back in Pokemon Sun and Moon and previously were only involved in Pokemon GO with the special Alolan forms of existing Pokemon.
Now actual exclusive Alolan Pokemon have been added to the game as well and more are coming, including Tapu Bulu this time around.

When Is The Research Available?
The release of the An Ula'ula Adventure Special Research coincides with the start of the Spring Into Spring event for Pokemon GO. This event specifically starts on Tuesday, April 12, at 10:00 am local time and will run through Monday, April 18, at 8:00 pm local time.
While the Spring Into Spring event will only last for the week though, the An Ula'ula Adventure Special Research can be gotten anytime after it begins until June 1. While the research can be completed anytime down the road, you must finish it and the other island Special Research prior to June 1 to be eligible to get the final of them for the Season of Alola.
An Ula'ula Adventure Special Research Tasks and Rewards
The An Ula'ula Adventure Special Research is the third of its kind as part of the Season of Alola. Pokemon GO is adventuring around the Alolan Islands and now it's time to visit Ula'ula.
As with the other recent Special Research, this one is made up of four steps, with each step being made up of three total tasks to complete.

Step 1
- Catch 10 Pokemon - 10x Poke Balls
- Complete 3 Field Research Tasks - 5x Pinap Berries
- Earn 5 hearts with your buddy - 8x Razz Berries
- Rewards - 500 XP, 500 Stardust, Weepinbell encounter
Step 2
- Take 3 snapshots of wild Pokemon - Oddish encounter
- Use 7 berries to help catch Pokemon - Seedot encounter
- Catch 5 Pokemon with Weather Boost - Sunkern encounter
- Rewards - 500 XP, 500 Stardust, 1x Charged TM
Step 3
- Walk 2 km - Alolan Geodude encounter
- Complete 5 Field Research tasks - 10x Pinap Berries
- Catch 5 different species of Pokemon - Alolan Sandshrew encounter
- Rewards - 1,000 XP, 1,000 Stardust, 1x Premium Battle Pass
Step 4
- Send 5 Gifts to friends - 10x Great Balls
- Catch 15 Pokemon - 7x Pinap Berries
- Win a raid - Alolan Vulpix encounter
- Rewards - 8,000 XP, 3,000 Stardust, 15x Ultra Balls
