In the month of August, there are once again tons of events happening for fans out there, allowing them a chance to get a variety of rewards, items, and of course, catch some exciting Pokemon. Despite that, there have been a few changes that have upset the community, which includes reverting back to the pre-pandemic preferences.

All that aside, if you want to expand your Pokemon collection and add Ditto to your collection, you might be having some issues as it is quite difficult to catch. Here is all you need to know about catching it.

How to catch Ditto - August 2021?

Niantic has added a nice little twist for players who want to catch Ditto in the game. While other Pokemon usually spawn as it is, Ditto, staying true to his name and abilities, doesn't spawn in his usual form.

Instead, it will be disguised as another Pokemon, and the list of those Pokemon keeps changing. So if you want to catch Ditto, you need to look for any of the disguised Pokemon, and just hope that it's Ditto.

Pokemon Go Ditto Disguises - August 2021

For the month of August, Ditto can spawn as any of the following Pokemon. Do note that these Pokemon can spawn on their own as well, so there is a slim chance of them being Ditto. All you can do is keep an eye on these, and try to catch them. Unless you catch them, you won't be able to figure out whether it is actually Ditto or not.
