Pokemon Go's Community Day for August will feature Galarian Zigazagoon, and there will be some exciting rewards for players out there.

During the Community Days, the featured Pokemon appears more frequently in the wild. Along with that, there is a good chance you might also encounter a Shiny Galarian Zigazagoon. Shiny rates aren't boosted, but considering that the overall spawn rate is much higher, you still have a better chance of getting a shiny variant than a regular day. Along with the increased spawn rate, if players evolve Galarian Linoone during the event (or up to five hours later), they will get a Galarian Obstagoon which knows Charged Attack Obstruct, a new move that has been exclusively added for the event.

Catching a Galarian Zigzagoon shouldn't be your only priority during the event as there are a plethora of lucrative bonuses as well that you can utilize to get some exciting items.

  • 3× Catch Stardust.
  • 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive XL Candy from catching Pokemon.
  • 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
  • Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
  • Incense activated during the event will last for three hours.
  • Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
  • One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of three for the day.
  • Trades made during the event and up to five hours afterward will require 50% less Stardust.

Is It Worth Buying The Pokemon Go Field Notes: Galarian Zigazagoon Research Ticket?

To take part in the Special Research for the Galarian Zigazagoon Community Day, players will need to buy a ticket for $1. If you are wondering whether it is worth buying the ticket, then it totally depends upon whether you will be available for the entirety of the event or not. The duration of the event is much smaller now, and it only lasts for three hours, so it should be much easier to take part in it. The research tasks aren't that difficult, and you should be able to complete them within the given time without much of a hassle. As far as the rewards are concerned, you will likely get an array of berries and guaranteed Pokemon encounters. All in all, for a dollar, it is well worth it unless you plan to take part in the event for an hour or less.
