Pokemon GO players are now starting to taste the benefits of the game's Season of Legends. We've already had a range of different and exciting encounters in the wild and our first set of raid changes, from Incarnate Forme Landorus to Incarnate Forme Tornadus as well as March's Community Day and now, we're about to get our first major event. Searching for Legends is offering players the chance to "search for Legendary Pokémon" with the help of the Compass Pokemon, Nosepass. Here's everything you need to know about the Pokemon GO Searching for Legends event.

Pokemon GO Searching for Legends Time and Date:

The event kicks off for all players tomorrow, Tuesday, March 9 at 10 am local time. It'll run for a few days, finishing on Sunday 14, again, at 10 am local time.

The Searching for Legends event will shake up the range of Pokemon players can encounter once again. One of the main Pokemon appearing will be Nosepass, who will be available in its shiny form for the first time. It's likely this Pokemon will be incredibly common so make sure you check as many as possible to increase your chance of getting a shiny one. The Pokemon's shiny form is one of the coolest new releases in a while, turning from blue to a bright yellow/gold colour.

Other Pokemon appearing in the wild include Diglett, Drilbur, Geodude, Magnemite, Aron, Baltoy and Roggenrola. These Pokemon, plus the likes of Alolan Diglett, Alolan Geodude, Lairon and Beldum will also be attracted to Incense.

Eggs will also be getting a shakeup, with  Magnemite, Nosepass, Aron, Baltoy, Beldum, and Drilbur all hatching from 5km ones.

Alongside wild Pokemon and Eggs, raids will also be refreshed. One-Star raids will feature Alolan Diglett, Nosepass, Roggenrola, Drilbur, Ferroseed, and Klink and Three-Star will feature Alolan Graveler, Magneton, Skarmory, and Metang.

There will also be Special Research for players to complete - they will follow.

How to Evolve Nosepass

Should you want to evolve Nosepass (or Shiny Nosepass if you're lucky), you'll need to try something a little different. Players will need to head to a Pokestop and use a Magnetic Lure Module on the stop. While in the vicinity of that stop, Nosepass will evolve into Probopass (providing you have 50 Nosepass candy).
