The Pokemon GO Incense Day is a regular event in Niantic's schedule and December 2021's Rock and Ice day is no different.

This Incense Day follows the one held in September which featured a range of different Ghost, Dark and Psychic-type Pokemon.

Now, in December, for a few hours, players will be able to pop an Incense and have a handful of specific Pokemon appear.

To help you prepare for that, here is everything you need to know about the December 2021 Rock and Ice Pokemon GO Incense Day, including the start date and time, the rotations and the spawns.

Pokemon GO December 2021 Rock/Ice Incense Day Start Date and Time

December's Pokemon GO Incense Day takes place on Sunday, December 5. It's set to run for six hours, from 11 am to 5 pm local time - much the same as Community Days do.

During the event, players will be able to grab some Event-exclusive Field Research and two Incense for one coin. Plus, Piloswine that are evolved during the event window will become a Mamoswine with Ancient Power.

Pokemon GO Rock/Ice Incense Day Rotations

Incense will spawn Pokemon of Rock and Ice-types across alternating hours during the event window. This is the schedule of rotations you can expect:

Ice-type Rotations

  • 11 am - 12 pm
  • 1 pm - 2 pm
  • 3 pm - 4 pm

Rock-type Rotations

  • 12 pm - 1 pm
  • 2 pm - 3 pm
  • 4 pm - 5 pm
