It's no surprise that -- among other things -- Pokemon GO players have been clamoring for some meta balance fixes for the wildly-popular Nintendo mobile game. According to a Facebook post from developer Niantic (seen below), the combat power will be raised and reduced for a sample of Pokemon to make the Poke Gym fighting and takeovers more fair:
