The Season of Legends is proving to be a very busy, and exciting time for Pokemon GO players.

The latest season, which kicked off at the start of March, has already ushered in a range of new events. Most recently we had the Electric-type event, Charge Up, and now we're about to hit another one.

Weather Week takes the focus away from Electric Pokemon, replacing them with Pokemon that prefer windy or rainy weather.

Here are all the details you need to know about the Pokemon GO Weather Week Event.

Start Time and Date

The Pokemon GO Weather Week event is imminent. It starts on Wednesday, March 24 and will begin at 10 am local time for all players. It's set to run for just under a week (despite being called Weather Week) and will end on Monday, March 29 at 8 pm local time.

The event is going to be focused on Water and Flying-type Pokemon. This means changes to the wild Pokemon, eggs and raids. Here are all the details on those so far.

One of the main attractions of this event is the debut of the Shiny Rainy Form Castform, which will be appearing more frequently in rainy weather.

The Pokemon confirmed to be joining Castform in the wild are the likes of Wingull and Ducklett who both share a Water/flying-typing. While these three will be appearing throughout the event, there will be a range of Pokemon that switch out halfway. From March 24-27 (10 am local time) Pokemon that like rain will be appearing, including Vaporeon, Lotad and Stunfisk, then, from March 27 until the event ends, Pokemon that like Wind will appear, including Skarmory, Taillow and Pidove.

Once again, raid bosses will also be getting a shake-up. Niantic hasn't shared all of them, but this is what we know so far:

One Star: Slowpoke, Tynamo, and more

Three Star: Swellow, Pelipper, and more

Five Star: Therian Forme Thundurus (remains)

Mega Raids: Mega Abomasnow, Mega Houndoom and Mega Manectric (all remain)

Finally, 5km eggs will be getting a change, with Drifloon, Ducklett, Mantyke, Poliwag, Psyduck, Swablu and Tympole all hatching.
