A while back, Pokémon League Champion Steven Stone received his very own 3DS theme in Japan. Today that same theme arrives in North America and will be released in Europe tomorrow.

The theme features Steven's redesigned artwork on the top screen as he poses with his Pokémon team, while the bottom screen features him posing with his Metagross in the manga:
