A new trailer for Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! was released today, highlighting Celadon City, secret techniques, partner moves, an more.

Today, Game Freak dropped another new trailer for Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!. In addition to showing off Celadon City for the first time, it covers several new features like partner-exclusive moves, secret techniques, and befriending partner Pokémon.

Celadon City is mostly intact, still prominently featuring the Department Store and Grass-type Gym Leader Erika. That being said, the Game Corner seems to have been turned into an arcade in order to avoid any references to gambling. The aforementioned Secret Techniques that can be used by Pikachu and Eevee replace HMs. The techniques revealed for are Chop Down (Cut), Sea Skim (Surf), and Sky Dash (Fly).

Outside of battles, players can tap on a Pikachu or Eevee icon in the menu to pet and play with the titular Pokémon partners, either with traditional or touch controls. By playing with these Pokémon enough, players can improve their relationship in order to receive benefits in-game like item presents. Pikachu and Eevee also have some partner-exclusive moves to help players along the adventure. At certain points in battle, the partner Pokémon will send players a sign. If players decide to activate it, they will either use a special move or boost another Pokémon’s stats.

For Pikachu, these moves include Splishy Splash, which sees the return of Surfing Pikachu, and Pika Papow, a move that increases in power the closer players are to Pikachu. As for Eevee, players can use Bouncy Bubble, Buzzy Buzz, and Sizzly Slide for Water, Fire, and Electric-type coverage. Bouncy Bubble also heals Eevee, while Buzzy Buzz paralyzes and Sizzly Slide burns. Eevee also has access to Veevee Volley, which functions like Pika Papow.

Both games will launch for Nintendo Switch on November 16, and you can pre-order the titles on Amazon. For those still looking to pick up a Switch, a special Pikachu & Eevee Edition of the hybrid console was unveiled today by Nintendo.
