The first proper Nintendo Switch entries in the ridiculously-popular Pokemon series, Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! are now about a month away from release, and with that comes the latest trailer for the Pokémon Go-inspired game.

This colorful trailer demonstrates some new features that we've previously seen, including having Pokémon follow your trainer outside their Pokéball, co-operative play, and a Pokémon Go-like catching system. Overall, the trailer is a nice showcase and summary for what the new titles have to offer.

But expect to see some familiar characters as well—Team Rocket's Jesse and James from the Pokémon anime series appear as adversaries, and the designs of gym leaders Brock and Misty look inspired by their anime versions. Expect to encounter the Legendary Bird trio of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, just as in the original Red, Blue, and Yellow versions. Mega Evolutions make a somewhat anachronistic appearance in the new games, and the trailer ends with a glimpse of Mewtwo, perhaps the most famous Legendary Pokémon of the first generation.
