Customization is a large aspect of Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, though, and you're probably wondering how you can switch up your phone case to try something different from the typical red color. Before you go spending all your Pokemon Dollars and League Points, here are a few free cases you can get.

Where To Get Free Rotom Cases

In order to get your first free Rotom Phone cases, you will have to unlock the city of Mesagoza. This is right at the beginning of the game, so you will most likely already have this area available to you. You can start by arriving into the city using any of the three Pokemon Centers surrounding Mesagoza. If you take Mesagoza (South), however, it will be a straight shot to the location we are looking for.

When you arrive in the city, you will want to go right towards the entrance up the first flight of stairs. Standing nearby to a pole and a few Combees will be a woman wearing pink pants and sunglasses. Approach her, and she will offer to 'study your Rotom Phone.' Say yes, and she will ask about where you were in your past life. The four options for this include Hisui, Galar, Sinnoh, and Kanto.

These four options will only show up for you if you have played particular Pokemon games on your Switch in the past.
