Pokemon: The First Movie Heads Back to Select Theaters for Special Two-Night Event

Along with the classic games that have entertained generations of gamers, the films and TV adaptations of Pokemon have been beloved for decades, with the series’ first movie outing Pokemon: The First Movie returning to theaters for a limited time special event.

An update on the official Pokemon website revealed that Pokemon: The First Movie will be heading to select theaters through Cinemark for a special two-night event as part of the “Pokemon20” anniversary celebrations throughout the year.

The first Pokemon animated movie will be in over 200 Cinemark theaters on Saturday, October 29th and Tuesday, November 1st, with the short film “Pikachu’s Vacation” also playing before the movie at the limited engagement events.
