Marked as one of the spotlights of today's Nintendo Direct, Nintendo highlighted both Pokémon Ultra Sun and Moon as the first feature of the preview. Beginning the conference with a brand new trailer, viewers could see some action-packed scenes, monster collecting, and the signature battle system that the series has developed.

Following the trailer, there was more news about the upcoming double games. First and foremost, the legendary Pokémon Necrozma has (somehow) transformed into two different forms: Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma. On top of that, Nintendo made sure to feature that players will be getting a ton of new outfits in the Direct.

After that, Nintendo revealed that people who pre-purchase Pokémon Ultra Sun or Pokémon Ultra Moon before January 10, 2018 will be able to grab a special Rockruff that can evolve into Lycanroc (Dusk Form). Those purchasing the digital version before January 10th will also be rewarded with 12 Quick Balls in the game.

As a cherry on top, Nintendo revealed that the games will contain some new Pokémon. In the trailer, they show UB Burst coming to Pokémon Ultra Sun and UB Assembly coming to Pokémon Ultra Moon.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Moon releases on November 17, 2017 exclusively on Nintendo 3DS -- check out the Nintendo Direct trailer below with all the details.
