The official Pokemon Twitter account has revealed that Pokemon Unite will release on Nintendo Switch in July and on mobile devices in September.

The first strategic team battle game is the first of its kind in the franchise and was announced last year. Teams of five will battle against each other and individuals will also be able to catch Pokemon in the wild and evolve them as they level up.

Pokemon Unite has been rather silent on the update front for the last year, but now we finally have some substantial news.
