Pokemon Unite has, rather unsurprisingly, become something of a phenomenon.

A variety of factors, including the Pokemon name, the free-to-play hooks and its easy to learn, hard to master gameplay have helped to propel the game's popularity.

As with all games as a service titles, no matter how much you enjoy it, it's never good to get too comfortable. Inevitable balance changes, new characters, perks and more, mean that players need to be adaptable.

Now, the game's developers have confirmed on Twitter that Pokemon Unite is set to receive an update on September 8, which will include some bug fixes and buffs to one of the newest characters. You can check them out below.

What's Changing in this Update?

Fortunately, or unfortunately based on where you stand, the September 8 Pokemon Unite update isn't a massive one.

Instead, it fixes a handful of smaller bugs and applies some upgrades to Blissey, one of the characters released in the game post-launch.

The update is set to go live at 12 am PT, 3 am ET, 8 am BST.
