With BioWare working on Dragon Age II for release next year, they’re looking to give those who preorder the game some nice goodies. Those who preorder the game before January 11, 2011 will get their order upgraded from the regular edition to the Signature Edition automatically. With this upgrade, the game will come with the game soundtrack, a download code that will give players an additional character, an in-game armory with various equipment and new missions. The Senior VP of EA, Ray Muzyka has made a statement about this upgrade,
“Over the past 15 years, we’ve been privileged to have the support of a passionate community of fans, who continue to grow in number with every game we release…The BioWare Signature Edition of Dragon Age II is a chance for us to reward loyal fans who pre-order the game by providing them with additional high-quality content for free.”
So preorder the game while you, there’s plenty of time left! The Signature Edition will only be available through this preorder special. Those who’ve already preordered the game already don’t have to worry, the change has been made. Dragon Age II is scheduled for a March 8, 2011 release on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
