Preorders Open For The PS4 In The U.K.?

By Masoud House

The UK’s ASDA Direct retailer has opened up preorders for Sony’s upcoming next-gen console, the PS4. Going to their website allows prospective buyers the ability to reserve a console for just £20, allowing them to supposedly get the console on the first day of release.

You can check out ASDA’s website here. Being a New Yorker, I’ve never heard of ASDA Direct, but it seems to be a legit online retailer. Any of our readers in the UK planning on starting their PS4 preorders today?

Born and raised in video games and "geek culture," Masoud has been bred off of fantasy worlds his entire life and doesn't see anything wrong with that. He loves RPGs (especially TRPGs), sandbox games, the sci-fi genre, dieselpunk, art deco, and anything that allows him to create. Having graduated from John Jay College with a degree in English and a minor in Creative Writing, Masoud hopes to one day pen the same novels, comics, movies, and video games he enjoys escaping into when the real world gets too boring.
