Prey Glitch Allows Players to Take Advantage of the Game’s Crafting System

Prey has barely been out for a day, but a recently discovered glitch allows you to craft an infinite amount of materials.

Bethesda and Arkane Studios newest title Prey released yesterday and some players have already discovered a rather large glitch within the game.

The glitch in mention deals with the crafting system in the game and allows players to generate an unlimited supply of materials. This means that ammo, health packs, and other items can be created endlessly. If you want to do this for yourself, then here’s what you’ll need.

First off, you’ll need to reach character Morgan Yu’s office, which you will arrive at after about an hour of play. After this, you will find the Recycler in the game. This item is the key to completing the entire glitch.

Once you gain the Recyclcer, fill it with whatever material you’d like and split it into at least four piles. The more piles you split it into, the more you’ll receive afterwards. Then, you hit recycle to collect your supplies that have now been multiplied. Just do this repeatedly and you will soon have more materials than you know what to do with. Pretty easy, right?

Of course, there’s no doubt that Bethesda and Arkane will roll out a patch for this bug rather soon so if you want to take advantage of it, you better do so quickly. If you want to see a video walkthrough of how to take advantage of this bug, then be sure to watch the video below from YouTuber Captain Eggcellent.

Keep an eye on DualShockers over the coming days as our review of Prey should be landing soon.
