Prison Architect Promises You Can "Play It on the Run" in Mobile Trailer; Release Window Announced

Paradox Interactive and Introversion Software have announced a release window later this year for Prison Architect: Mobile. A new shows off some of the gameplay.

Today, publisher Paradox Interactive announced that developer Introversion Software’s Prison Architect: Mobile will release sometime this spring. A new, short gameplay trailer has accompanied the reveal.

In Prison Architect, players must construct their prison, designating cell blocks and inmate facilities, as well as managing staff wages and prisoner morale. You will be tasked with maintaining your own prison, but the trailer shows what kinds of terror can arise when that is done poorly.

In the next few months, players will be able to download Prison Architect: Mobile for iOS and Android tablets. The game will be free to download and play at launch with additional content and gameplay modes available for purchase in-game.

Recently, Paradox Interactive and Introversion Software announced the partnership between the two companies to bring Prison Architect to mobile devices.
