Project CARS is Racing Towards 1080p, 60fps on PS4 and Xbox One

Resolution is always an important factor to gamers when it comes to titles coming on different systems, and especially to racing games where frames matter: luckily, those looking forward to Project CARS need not worry.

Speaking in an interview, Slightly Mad Studios’ Andy Tudor confirmed that the studio is aiming for 1080p resolution with 60fps on both PS4 and Xbox One for Project CARS. Although Tudor did mention that earlier demos of the game (especially on Xbox One) were “not quite 1080p at the moment,” he did at least give assurance that the studio is working to have 1080p/60fps on both systems at launch.

Project CARS will release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 18th, 2014, followed by releases on Wii U and SteamOS in 2015.
