Sega has been really active in releasing new assets for its upcoming Yakuza quasi-spin-off Project Judge, or Judge Eyes how it's called in Japan.

Today they released a considerably extended version of both the original story trailer and gameplay trailer, showing a lot more of the game.

We get to see the most relevant characters that populate this hard-boiled investigation adventure, and many of its mechanics that will allow the protagonist to pursue several different cases, from a chain of serial murders to simple cheating.

We even get to see some of the minigames that we'll be able to enjoy. While this isn't formally a Yakuza game, it certainly retains the structure o the beloved series.

You can enjoy both trailers below. If you want to learn more about the game you can enjoy the gallery of screenshots and info released earlier today, a look at the PS4 demo, and the first trailers and details about the western release.

The game will release in Japan on December 13th exclusively for PS4. A western release has already been announced, still for PS4 only, in 2019.

Incidentally, Project Judge won our Best Action/Adventure game award at Tokyo Game Show 2018.
