GameTomo announced that their mech action game, Project Nimbus: Code Mirai, will not be a PC exclusive, but rather it will also receive a worldwide PlayStation 4 release.

With the base game currently in the Early Access program on Steam, Project Nimbus: Code Mirai is a port of the PC version of the game, Project Nimbus. The console version will be using Unreal Engine 4 to upgrade the graphics for the console hardware. The game has been balanced and adjusted, with new actions and user interface to make is approachable to new players.

The PlayStation 4 version of the game will contain Act 1 and Act 2 of the original Project Nimbus, with the aforementioned improvements.

The PC version of Project Nimbus is slated to exit the Early Access program on September 26. The PS4 version that was announced will release in Japan this fall and in early 2018 for the west and other regions.

Project Nimbus has the player accept missions where they must pilot a mech over 16 different locations. The game features a variety of different weapons loadouts including, smart missiles, laser blades, particle cannons, floating laser shields, rail guns, and auto-attacking and defending psycho drones.

Additionally, Project Nimbus tells a story of a pilot who is in the middle of war between three factions that has already destroyed most of earth.
