Project X Zone is Coming West

on January 21, 2013 2:09 PM

Namco Bandai Games just announced that Project X Zone will be released both in North America and Europe (which includes Australia since, as you all know, in the gaming world Australia is in Europe) this summer.

For those that don’t know, the game is a tactical JRPG for the 3DS developed by Banpresto and Monolith Soft, and born of a collaboration between Namco Bandai, Sega and Capcom, featuring over 50 playable characters from 29 beloved franchises belonging to all three publishers.

While it’s absolutely delightful to see another quirky Japanese game make its way westwards, there’s one little detail that makes me rage. The game features Kurt and Riela from Valkyria Chronicles 3. Too bad Sega isn’t localizing that in a language we all can understand. I feel like breaking a door. Seriously.
