PS Vita Exclusive Tokyo Clanpool Announced by Compile Heart with First Trailer

The golden egg teaser has been cracked, and an unexpected PS Vita exclusive has surfaced from its depths.

Is the PS Vita dead? Apparently not, at least not in Japan, as another exclusive for Sony’s portable has just been announced.

The game is Tokyo Clanpool, by Compile Heart, and it’s the title that was teased yesterday morning with the golden egg website.

Interestingly, it also heralds the announcement of a new gaming label named DenPile, which is a collaboration between Compile Heart itself and the Japanese gaming magazine Dengeki PlayStation. The extent and terms of the collaboration are still unknown.

The game is set in post-apocalyptic word where demons roam the land, with the predictable team of ladies tasked to fend them off.

A full reveal is set to be included in the upcoming issue of Dengeki PlayStation, which will hit the newsstands on Tursday. In the meanwhile, you can watch the first trailer below.

Giuseppe Nelva

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
