Arc System Works just announced with a press release that Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma Extend will also launch on PlayStation Vita.

The game was supposed to be released only on PS4, PS3 and XBox One, but apparently Arc System Works decided to show some love to Sony’s portable.

The PS Vita version will release in Japan day and date with the home console versions on April 23rd, and will be available only via digital download.

Accompanying the press release, there was also one bonus screenshot, which you can see below. Given the 1080p resolution, it should be from the PS4 version.
