PS Vita Version of Rayman Legends Missing Nearly 30 Levels at Launch

Rayman may be missing some of his limbs, but with the launch of the latest title in the series hitting this week, Rayman Legends, it’s looking like he might be missing some other things as well.

A post on NeoGAF has reported that the PS Vita version of Rayman Legends seems to be missing content found in the other console versions of the new game. Specifically, the thread mentioned missing the “Invasion” levels, a series of speed-run style courses that challenge players to complete levels as quickly as possible with combining enemy and map layouts from two different levels. In the console versions, there are 28 of these levels, but the Vita version does not seem to include them, as the total count of Lums (the spirit-like collectibles found in the game) in the Vita version is lower than that of the console versions.

With the recent announcement of the Vita version of Rayman Legends being delayed in Europe, there is entirely the possibility that the missing Invasion levels could be the cause (or, likely, work on a new patch), but Ubisoft has not yet commented or addressed the missing content in the Vita version. Stay tuned for more details as (hopefully) a patch or download of the missing content will be in the works for Vita users.

Rayman Legends was released for Wii U, Xbox 360, PS3, PC, and Vita on September 3rd, 2013 in the US.
