As previously announced, today Capcom released on the North American PlayStation Store the PS4 version of the PS2 classic Resident Evil Code: Veronica X.

The game is available through the console’s limited backward compatible feature, and weigh 1.7 gigabytes, with a price of $14.99. It can be found here.

“Raccoon City was just the beginning. Claire and Chris Redfield’s nightmare continues as the siblings fight to survive against zombies and other monstrosities within Umbrella’s deadly facilities. Scavenge for weapons and precious ammo to battle undead canines, a gigantic subterranean worm, and other terrors lurking in the shadows. Explore the mysterious Rockfort Island facility and the freezing Antarctic Base for clues exposing the Umbrella Corporation’s sordid goals and the truth behind the mysterious and unsettling Ashford twins.”

If you want to see what it looks like, Sony also included two screenshots that show how the game looks with the new superficial coat of paint. You can check them out below. They’re quite dark, but that’s what we got.

At the moment the game isn’t available on the European PlayStation Store yet, but it will be released in the Old Continent tomorrow, May 10th.
