During the Sony’s Investor Relations Day, Sony Computer Entertainment Andrew House gave some interesting data about the Middle Eastern and German markets for PS4 and PlayStation.

In the Middle East PS4 adoption has been four times that of any previously launched console.

On the other hand, Germany has become the number two European market for PlayStation. According to┬áHouse that’s the sign of a change: the German market was previously dominated by PC gaming, but apparently now German gamers are shifting to consoles.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
