PS4 Exclusive Bloodborne's Full Control Scheme Revealed; it's Quite Complex and Challenging

The upcoming PS4 exclusive Bloodborne was playable at Gamescom with a definitely fantastic demo. Unfortunately filming wasn’t allowed, but we were kindly permitted to take a nice, clean shot of the full control scheme, which you can see below.

As you can see from the pictures, there are qyute a few situational elements and combos, creating a control scheme that is quite challenging to master.

Escpecially interesting is the ability to hold the main weapon with two hands, sacrificing the left weapon (which can be a torch of a gun. The demo included a blunderbuss and a pistol)  in favor of additional damage and a special attack.

One thing is for sure: Bloodborne’s controls seem to follow the souls’ series traditions nicely, expanding upon them in a way that will very possibly bring hours of fun and punishment starting next February.

He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
