With the end of August coming we were expecting some news about the PS4 exclusive Deep Down, and indeed Capcom delivered, releasing a fantastic gameplay video.

The video definitely demonstrates that the widespread fears about the game being in “development hell” were at least partly unfounded, as it definitely looks playable and a lot of fun.

We get to see some nasty traps in action, combat against the mimic-like monsters named “Jackie,” two spectacular multiplayer sessions showcasing two and four players, and a glimpse on the apartment that will serve as a base for the player.

You can check it out just below, and try to hold your jaw in place.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
